       On behalf of the 9th & 10th (Horse) Cavalry Association I would like to welcome everyone to our website. The association takes pride in continuing the Legacy of the Buffalo Soldiers by providing services in and for our local communities. The National Association also assists it's Ladies Auxiliary by allocating funds each year for it's Annual Scholarship. High school seniors are encourage to apply for this opportunity, and it gives young  adults the assistance they may need to purchase books, or help with any other costs they may face with college expenses. While visiting our website, please feel free to contact us and share your comments and suggestions! We would love to hear from you! The National Association is an Official Army Unit which holds 501(c)3 Tax Exempt Status.    

        We also convene in various cities during the last weekend of July each year to celebrate the founding of the Association, and to fellowship with soldiers from  past service along with descendants and friends in the future. If you or someone you know is interested in becoming a member please contact us. We are a proud group of men and women who encourage everyone regardless of race, creed, or color to join us. Our motto is  "We Can , We Will" and "Ready and Forward" and our mantra is "Lest we forget".
